North Point Hare - Any Fanny'll Do Hashers - Ambrose, Comes Up the Rear, Cindy, Calamity Cane, Constance, Kim KardaXXXian, Dening, Gobi Lo, Octopussy, Winky Twinkie, Not Hard Enough, Shake My Shack, Luke, Hopeless, Luvs 69, Clean My Bush, Patrick, Freebie, Pipe Rider, Renee, Any Fanny'll Do, Toilet Boy, Titus Write-up - Octo The weather had cooled and a nice gathering of runners with a few new faces appeared at AFWD’s favourite A location North Point exit B4. I was warmly greeted by Gobi Lo but somehow it felt a bit too warm for somebody that I see almost weekly then I realised it was her twin on another short visit to HK this time just for fun and so she also just decided to do a just for fun run of the whole Pat Sin Leng range beforehand… definitely these two are sisters. Kim KardaXxxian rocked up in a suit just for the group photo. Then the hare who was looking surprisingly yuppy (Gen z’s call yuccie) wearing Lululemon with Clean My Bush’s HK design and a pair of trendy Harry Potter glasses gave instructions on markings with special instructions for CUTR on how to call. We were told it’s not a long run but fun with all the elements. Indeed the hare did not disappoint us. The trail went up the multiple steps all the way to Braemar Hill Road and there was an arrow that everybody dismissed and ran past except for an over thinking Octo who assumed he was doing something tricky and followed the arrow down bringing Ambrose and his newbie friend Titus all the way to a check back. At the top met with half the pack who were walking… and was so surprised to see Not Hard enough in that pack but she was being a responsible hasher and looking after her Virgin hasher friend. The trail then went behind the water service area onto Sir Cecil’s and the towards Mt Parker Road direction but at a check it turned up the steps into the very scenic trail with views on the right and leading up to the various rocks. Then going down we went to the stream which was not too wet and quite runnable. Back onto Sir Cecil’s where Luke overtook me and ran off into the distance. Somewhere along the way I overtook Freebie however I got confused at some checks and by the time I returned to the A Freebie was already back remarking on Kim K’s suit thrown carelessly on the railings hoping that he was out there actually wearing some running gear and not just going around naked. We also saw another suit wearing but non running Shake my Shack looking fresh after returning from the US unfortunately he missed the group photo. Down Downs CUTR to AFWD - when he wrote that the run would be from exit B4 CUTR thought that he meant that we had run there BeFore and could not find the A. CUTR to Freebie - for her cool haircut and for wearing 300 dollar Lululemon where he wears 20 dollar imitation Chinese brands Octo DDs: CUTR for not knowing the typical start location for all of AFWD’s runs AFWD for not disappointing and starting once again from exit B4 North Point. AFWD for being dressed so yuppie when usually he wears no name brands Ambrose for getting the phone number of an older lady Freebie Freebie for being a cougar and giving her number to a much younger man Titus for being a virgin hasher Constance for being a big sister but to be very careful how to pronounce it in Cantonese to say ‘Ze ze’ not ‘jer jer’ Luke for having a great streak of hashing every day until he broke it by missing last Wed’s run… excuse ‘had to work’ Kim KardaXXXian for not being attractive enough that in 10 years his students have never offered special services for better grades Calamity Cane for almost coming last and saying how unfit she is even though she has been hashing so much because at all those hashes she was mostly drinking
